I believe that you are looking to market across america. You can tell them the following-- I joined the click group last three years ago with a little trepidation. This year click and fresh will account for 50% of my business. I have moved away from the wedding market to concentrate on the makeover and portrait side. I have been able to afford a good price increase on my weddings and saving in advertising related costs.
Saving in advertising is also experienced with Fresh and click leads as the costs are incurred are for leads that want to be in studio. I have also seen business during the January to March period increase which is great in an otherwise quite time of the year.
I would recommend anybody to embrace the concept... keep up the good work

Hi Charlie,
Following Tania's call, yesterday, I have pulled off the Click/Fresh performance we have enjoyed since signing up 6 months (Click) and 4 months (Fresh) ago.
Overall, we have been well-pleased with the spread of sales being pretty much in line with all our other promotions. This is particularly impressive bearing in mind that almost all these clients are coming to us as recipients of a gift experience and already have a significant image (A4) as part of the package.
As you know, our main concern at the outset was that the client would simply take the free image. This would have been particularly expensive in the case of the makeover experiences where we would not then have covered the cost of our stylist.
Specifically, what has actually happened:
Click Families - over the last 6 months:
52 leads; 32 sat - Sales Average £351 Total sales £12522
Included in these sales are two over £1000 and approx 12% who did not buy anything. Again, this is in line with our other promotions.
The 20 remaining leads are either booked and yet to sit or still leads, the time just not being right, at the moment, to sit.
Fresh Makeovers - over the last for months:
48 Leads; 20 Sat; Sales Average £425; Total Sales £8500
12 more are booked awaiting shoots and the 16 others, again, remain as leads until the time is right.
So a total of over £20,000 in Sales already, for a marketing cost, including start-up fees, of £2,000 or 10%.
This is well within acceptable parameters.
What is particularly exciting is that, if this sustains, then it is entirely possible that our annual turnover from your leads could exceed £50,000 - and this for no marketing on our part!!!
As you can imagine, this is making a significant contribution to our business - long may it continue.

I would like to thank Charlie and his team for your help with the new Bumps to Babies programme and I must say our sales are increasing week on week. Please keep sending me the leads. In the last couple of months alone we have had a few of £1000.00 sales. Our average is well over £300.00 per session and rising. I am very optimistic and feel that the programme alone will see us through these difficult times. Well Done.
